The Sudar Restaurant that is favorably located in the center of Moscow, close to the Triumphal Arch and Poklonnoya Mountain, is decorated in the style of ancient Russian mansion. The halls features dark wooden furniture, snow-white table-cloths, lamps with silk shades and painted plafonds; the walls are adorned with ancient portraits and paintings. The restaurant has two halls seating 30 and 80 guests, a VIP-hall and a summer terrace.
The menu of the restaurant offers traditional Russian dishes prepared to the recipes of ancient cookery books. Such dishes as rasstegai, jugged shchi, game dishes, sturgeon stuffed with mushrooms and baked with sauce, fish soup with sturgeon, pike perch and salmon, raviloli, pirozhki and vareniki live up to expectations. The wine carte is comprised of French, Italian and Spanish wines and various cognacs, liqueurs and nastoykas. The guests are offered first-class beer made in the brewery of the restaurant. The cigar menu is available.
In the evenings the guests enjoy live concerts of classic music and old Russian romances.
